How do we set our appointments?
We set our appointments to our customers schedule in the convenience of their own home. Our representatives carry all samples, literature,and warranties and are able to answer any questions based on products requested.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we use a variety of lenders for all types of financing. Interest rates are based on individual credit and terms are up to 20 years.
How long do projects normally take to complete?
The average time period from contract signing to completion is six to eight weeks. This depends on the type of product ordered and the level of complexity of the improvement.
Do you give written warranties?
Yes all of our products come with written warranties for the product itself and also for the labor. Most warranties are lifetime on material and labor and transfer to any subsequent homeowner of the property improved. Our window and siding products carry an energy efficiency pledge (see products for more information on the energy efficiency pledge.)
